Training on Barrier Free Access for Staff of Food and Environmental Hygiene Department

The EAS organized two Trainings on Barrier Free Access for the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department on February 14, 2019 and February 21, 2019 respectively. The content includes an introduction to the concept of universal design, Hong Kong’s legal requirements for barrier-free environments and facilities, evaluation of venue barrier-free facilities and universal design, how to help wheelchair users, visually impaired and hearing-impaired people, etc.
