Training on Barrier Free Access for Staff of Post Office

 The EAS organized Training on Barrier Free Access for Staff of Post Office, held at the Rehabaid Centre on December 7, 2019 and January 18, 2020 respectively. Our architect, physiotherapists and occupational therapists talked about the concept of universal design, the legal requirements for barrier-free environments and facilities in Hong Kong, and how to help wheelchair users, visually impaired and hearing-impaired people, etc. Equipment to assist people with disabilities in escaping were also demonstrated, the feedback from participants were very enthusiastic.
